SECTION ONEIntroduction
Harbor Wealth LLC is a marketing agency organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This Privacy Policy sets out how personal information is handled in connection with the agency's website at harborwealthpro.com (the "Site"): what is collected from those who visit the Site or make contact through it, the purposes for which it is used, the parties to whom it may be disclosed, the periods for which it is retained, and the rights that attach to it.
Throughout this Policy, "the agency," "we," and "us" refer to Harbor Wealth LLC. A "Guest" is any individual who visits the Site, browses its content, or submits the contact form. This Policy concerns the Site only. Personal information processed in the course of an actual client engagement is governed by the separate written agreement covering that engagement, and not by this Policy.

SECTION THREEEligibility
The Site is directed to businesses and professionals and is intended for adults. The agency does not knowingly collect personal information from any individual under sixteen (16) years of age and, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506, takes particular care to collect none from a child under thirteen (13). Any such information identified is deleted without undue delay. A concern may be reported to support@harborwealthpro.com.

Information provided directly
When a Guest completes the contact form, the agency receives the name, email address, and message content that the individual chooses to provide — commonly a description of a prospective project and a means of reply. Only what is submitted is collected.
Information collected automatically
As with most websites, each visit generates technical information, including an IP address and the approximate region it indicates, browser type and version, device type and operating system, the pages viewed and time spent, and the referring source. Such information supports the operation, security, and analysis of the Site and is considered in aggregate rather than as an individual profile.

Cookies and analytics technologies operate on the Site. Their function, and the controls available to the individual, are described in the section on Cookies below.
Information not collected
The Site does not collect payment card details, financial-account information, government identifiers, or special categories of personal information. Should information of that nature reach the agency within a message, it is used solely to respond and is not thereafter retained.

Responding to inquiries
Information from the contact form is used to review an inquiry, assess whether the agency is a suitable fit, and reply; and, where an engagement follows, to carry that exchange into the written agreement subsequently entered into.
Operating and improving the Site
Technical and analytics information is used to maintain the performance of the Site, diagnose faults, protect against abuse, and understand which content is of value to visitors.
Legal and security purposes
Information may be processed to secure the Site, enforce the agency's agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable law.
Legal bases for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
The legal bases relied upon are the agency's legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and in operating, securing, and improving the Site, where those interests are proportionate; steps taken at the individual's request prior to a possible engagement; and legal obligation where applicable. These are necessary for the Site to function, supporting matters such as session management and security, and cannot be disabled without affecting operation.
Analytics cookies
These assist the agency in understanding visitor behaviour in aggregate. They do not identify the individual, and where applicable law so requires, consent is obtained before any non-essential cookie is placed.
Managing preferences
Cookies may be reviewed, blocked, or deleted through the browser at any time. Disabling analytics cookies does not prevent an individual from reading the Site or using the contact form. As there is no commonly accepted standard governing browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not presently respond to them.
SECTION EIGHTRetention
Inquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to respond and, where a relationship develops, for its duration together with a reasonable subsequent period for records and the resolution of disputes. Technical and analytics information is retained for a limited period, generally not exceeding thirteen (13) months, before deletion or anonymisation. Information relevant to a legal matter is retained until that matter is concluded.
SECTION NINESecurity
The agency maintains reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, and disclosure, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting information to authorised personnel, and periodic review. No system connected to the internet is entirely secure. Where a breach gives rise to a mandatory notification obligation under applicable law, the agency will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities within the period the law prescribes.
SECTION TENYour Rights
The rights available depend upon the individual's place of residence. In summary:
Residents of California hold rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, to request access to, deletion of, and correction of personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing, without suffering discrimination for the exercise of those rights. The agency collects a narrow set of information through the Site — contact-form submissions and analytics identifiers — and does not sell or share personal information within the meaning of that statute. A request may be submitted to support@harborwealthpro.com bearing the subject line "California Privacy Rights," to which the agency responds within forty-five (45) days.
- Residents of Nevada may direct the agency not to sell covered information under Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes by writing to support@harborwealthpro.com. No such sales take place.
- Residents of other states that have enacted comprehensive privacy legislation — including Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and Montana — may hold rights to access, correct, delete, and port their information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of data. Requests may be submitted to support@harborwealthpro.com.
- Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or Swiss data-protection law applies, the individual holds rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact support@harborwealthpro.com; the agency responds within one month. A complaint may also be lodged with the competent supervisory authority.
- Where PIPEDA or an applicable provincial law governs, residents of Canada may access and correct their information and withdraw consent by writing to support@harborwealthpro.com.
SECTION ELEVENInternational Transfers
The agency operates from the United States. Where the Site is accessed from outside the United States, personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States, in which data-protection standards may differ from those of the individual's home jurisdiction. Where an international framework independently requires specific safeguards for such a transfer, the agency applies appropriate mechanisms to the extent that framework governs its activities.

Third-party links. The Site may contain links to external websites that the agency does not control and for whose content, availability, or privacy practices it is not responsible. Scope. Harbor Wealth LLC operates under the law of the United States and the State of Wyoming; references to non-United States frameworks apply only where those frameworks independently govern. Accessibility. The agency endeavours to keep this Policy and the Site accessible, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and a barrier may be reported to support@harborwealthpro.com. Amendment. This Policy may be revised from time to time, the current version being published at harborwealthpro.com under an updated Effective Date; continued use of the Site following a revision constitutes acceptance.
